Alice Arlene Knight

Alice Arlene (Miller) Knight was born December 12th, 1936 and entered into rest on April 26th, 2016 in Omaha Nebraska at the Josie Harper Hospice House.

Alice was 79 and is survived by; children Gregory (Susan) Knight, Charlie (Kae) Knight, Tammie Knight and fianc Brian Mills, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers Frank (Mary) Miller, and Donnie Miller, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by; her parents, Charlie and Helen (Grey) Miller, husband Oren Albert Knight Jr., daughter Kimberly June Nelsen, and sisters, Peggy, Martha, and June.

Alice married Oren Jr. in 1954 and lived in Tekamah Nebraska. They raised their four children in Tekamah NE. Alice worked at Sharlo Homes until it closed then she finished her working career in the restaurant business. Alice volunteered at the Immanuel Courtyard by greeting the new residents with a crocheted gift. Her highlight of her last few years was playing bells for the assisted living bell group and spending time with her family.
