Blanche Turner

Blanche Turner, age 74, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska, on September 21, 2024. She was born May 24, 1950 to Harold and Rose (Hutchinson) Mullinex in Moline, IL.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, David, Eddie, and Donnie.

Blanche is survived by her husband, Terry Turner; daughter, Julie; grandchildren, Brandon and Kaitlyn and 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Cheryl Keil and Jackie Mullenix; brother, Harold Mullenix.

Marie / Sis was a woman with the biggest heart. She opened her doors time and again to her family. A devoted wife of 55 years to her fantastic husband Terry. Her daughter, Julie became her good friend as she grew. Big sis was a little bossy at times to her family, but we will all love and cherished those moments very much. She enjoyed the time when her nieces and nephews/ great nieces and nephews would stop by to say hello. Her Grandchildren, Brandon and Kaitlyn and 3 great grandchildren were her Pride and Joy. She was a welder by trade and retired after 30 some years. Her favorite hobbies were gardening, working on her diamond art and watching the Hummingbirds, and #1 watching her great grandchildren. We all cherish the times we had to spend with her.
