Curtis is survived by daughter, Brittany (Dan); son, Dalton; sister, Sherry (Terry), nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and caring staff of St. Joseph Villa.
Private graveside service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, Omaha, NE. A public Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
