Gary D. Peterson

Gary Dean Peterson, age 72, of Omaha, was reunited with his mother and brother, on Saturday, February 24, 2018. He was born on December 16, 1945 in Grant, NE.

He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Lois Blanche Peterson; and his loyal brother, Dale Allen Peterson.

He is survived by his wife, Fyrn Augusta Peterson; son, James Allen Peterson; daughter, Stephanie Ann Peterson; grandson, Tristan Alexander Halstead; and granddaughter, Evalynn Marie Halstead.

A military service will be Friday, March 9, 2018, at 1 p.m., at the Omaha National Cemetery, 14250 Schram Rd., Omaha. A celebration of Garys life will be at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church, 15005 Q Street, in Omaha, immediately following the military service.
