Harold "Corky"Harimon went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2023, after a stroke on
March 11, 2023, and a hard fought battle with his stay at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
Harold was born on August 27, 1932 to Henry and Molly (Schledewitz) Harimon-Kildow in Scottsbluff, NE. He graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1950. Harold
serviced in the United States Air Force in the Korean War. After the service, Harold worked at Martin Maritta, and he began farming in 1962 on a farm North of Scottsbluff.
On February 27, 1960, Harold was united in marriage to his wife Elnora Mae Loose. In
2006, Corky and Elnora moved to Omaha to be closer to their two children and seven grandkids.
Corky's focus was always his wife and family, and he showed his unconditional love through the sunshine that he brought to everyone whenever he was near. He had a love for sports;
he was a avid Husker fan and attended all the grandchildren's sporting events. Another passion for Harold was for the Lord and his witness to others.
Left to celebrate his life include his wife, Elnora, children Craig and Becky of Omaha,
NE and Christi Calder and Kory Knoles of Broomfield, CO.;seven grandchildren, Bethani, Micah, Jordan, Moriah, and Eden Harimon, and Tyler and Tess Calder; brother, Reinnie Harimon of Minatare, NE, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother Kenny Harimon and sister Irene Grief.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Community Bible Church, 3616 S. 132nd Street in Omaha, NE.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be designated to the family.
