She was born on February 12, 1949 to the late Frank J. and Delores (Ripperger) Winans in Sioux City, Iowa.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her brother, Frank E. Winans. She is survived by her loving children, John DeVault; Geri Dugan (Michael); Steve DeVault Tubber (Jane); Tim Asche; grandchildren, Samantha Dugan; Dylan Asche; Aubree Asche; sisters, Frances Carlson; Beverly Ritthaler; Teresa White (Ernest); Charleen Anderson (Melvin); a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service is 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Memorials can be directed to the family.
