Mary Beth Peoples (Spinar)

Mary Beth (Spinar) Peoples was born on June 25th, 1958 in Omaha Ne. to Ramon & Carolyn Spinar.

She Grew up in Tillamook, Oregon, Gretna and Valley, Ne. Mary was blessed with a large family that enjoyed spending their time together. Mary married the love of her life 41 years ago, even though they did not have children her Weiner Dogs were her babies and she loved them dearly. Mary was a very hard worker all her life, she enjoyed stock car racing, Nascar, cooking and swimming in her pool. To her siblings she was their mother Mary as she was always looking out for them. She loved having Sunday cook-outs, pool parties, making sure they had what they needed, she was their rock.

Mary passed away April 12th at the age of 60. She was preceded in death by her parents, step father Edward Gundersen Sr., brothers Ramon (Beaver), Joseph and sister Ramona (Jo-Jo).

Mary is survived by her husband Steve, God-son Peter Joseph, sisters Stacy Spinar, Penny August, and Rena Milota of Valley, Lynne Jacob of Tillamook, Ore, and Betty Jenkins (Kevin) of Florida. Brothers Matt Spinar and Mike Gundersen (Kim) of Valley, Frank Spinar (Rena) of Idaho, Gary Gundersen (Betty) Ed Gundersen Jr (Kevin), Terry Gundersen of Oregon and Chuck Gundersen of Alaska, many nieces and nephew along with great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at the Legion Post on front street in Valley on May 4th from 1 to 4 pm, the laid to rest in Santee Nebraska.
