Michael Deal

Michael S. Deal passed away January 24, 2024 in Bellevue, Nebraska at the age of 75 years. He was born August 30, 1948 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Louise (Kennedy) Deal.

He is survived by his children Amy (William) Luehring, Chad (Anna) Deal, and Alexis (Matthew) Christensen and their mother, Kathleen Deal (Cambron); grandchildren Mackenzie, Zachary, McKenna, Connor, Ashley, Maxwell, Lucas, and Cecilia; great-grandchildren Barrett, Amallia, and Maverick; siblings Gary (Judy †) Deal, Karen (Gary) Gillman, and Mary (David) Lovitt; and many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Mike lived a fulfilled life with many blessings. 

He was an avid tennis player who enjoyed cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes. His childhood was filled with many summers spent fishing in Minnesota, which he continued that tradition with his children and grandchildren.
